Morning Pilates + Trial Class!

You are in for a treat. This is going to be a unique Pilates group class that you have never experienced before. Personally tailored, comprehensive,  using various props and most of all FUN!
Pilates provides fabulous cross training to any physical activity you do, whether it is cooking, golf or high- performance sport. It teaches general principles that apply to any human body.
Blanka is a Pilates teacher with 19 years of experience under her belt, trained and certified   In Boulder Colorado. She can answer any Pilates question you have. She was one of the early Pilates pioneers in Calgary!

Full Body Fit

Are you ready for a fun, energetic workout that will tone, define and sculpt your whole body? Well then come join me for 2 or 3 days a week.

 

We will start the week off by targeting our legs, booty’s and core through the use of bands, ball and body weight in our Monday Booty Class. Come to Tuesday’s Function Strength Class were we will work on defining our muscles with the use of weights and functional movements. Thursday’s will ramp up our energy and get our sweat on in a full body cardio class. This class will be high energy and super awesome!!

 

All fitness levels welcome, classes can be modified to your fitness level. Please bring yoga mats, and water. This program is the perfect combination of strength, toning and cardio. Jump start your fitness today.
